7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This gives you enough time to thoroughly inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at makersstash@outlook.com. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 428 South Main Street, Ste B-649, Davidson NC 28026.

Damages and Issues

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get what you want without any delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
